I am Susana Rúbies, a Strategic HR Consultant specializing in Leadership, Culture and Workplace Well-being, and a Personal, Executive and Team Coach (PCC - ICF).

 

I am passionate about helping people and organizations grow through talent, connection, and well-being.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the business world, I have led teams, managed strategic projects, and faced the challenges of senior management in corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

 

My professional career began in the corporate world, where I held various leadership positions in Marketing, Consulting, and Team Management. I worked for multinational companies such as PepsiCo and Henkel, as well as local businesses, most notably as a managing partner in a family-owned automotive company. I have also launched and managed my own projects as an entrepreneur, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of leadership in different business contexts.

 

After two decades, one thing became crystal clear to me: companies truly thrive when their people thrive.

 

That's why in 2018 I decided to pivot my career and specialize in human leadership development.

 

I certified as a Personal and Executive Coach as well as an Emotional Intelligence Mentor (using tools such as Bioneuroemotion®, NLP, and Mindfulness) and completed this with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Certification as a Workplace Wellness Consultant (CBL).

 

This combination allows me to integrate my knowledge of business strategy with a deep understanding of the human factor and work with leaders and teams from a holistic perspective, addressing both strategic competencies and the emotional skills essential for successful leadership.
