1. Initial diagnosis of Occupational Well-being
We analyze the starting point based on the CBL Certification Framework, which evaluates 10 key variables such as leadership, culture, innovation, people, processes, community, etc.
2. Strategic Improvement Plan
We design a realistic and personalized plan to align people, processes, and purpose. I integrate consulting tools, conscious leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture.
3. Support towards certification
As a qualified consultant, I assist you in the implementation of the Wellbeing Management System, preparing your organization to obtain the CBL distinction at one of its three levels: Standard – Excellence – High Performance
